Verrucaria ochrostoma  

Thallus superficial, pale grey to grey-brown, of rounded, convex crowded areoles, forming a crust which may become secondarily cracked. A distinct epinecral layer is present.
Anamorph: Not known.
Teleomorph: Ascomata perithecial, immersed in the thallus with only the plane brown apex visible. Involucrellum absent. Exciple pigmented throughout. Ascospores narrowly cylindric-ellipsoidal, 16-26 × 10-13 µm.
