Ochrolechia mahluensis (All Fungi)
Diagnostic description:
Similar to O. androgyna but with a thin, ± even to moderately tuberculate thallus with a pale to yellowish grey cortex and soralia that are often yellowish. Ascomata (rarely present) are small (2-3 mm diam) and stipitate rather than sessile. Only gyrophoric acid is present. Equivalent to O. androgyna A (Tønsberg, 1992).
Distribution:
In GB&I, reported from Scotland (Perthshire).
Habitat:
On old Sorbus by stream.
