SUMMARY
Anamorph: conidiomata pycnidial, 100–200 µm diam, subglobose, scattered, markedly erumpent when mature, opening with a large irregular pore. Conidiomatal wall 7-12 µm thick, thicker near the opening, composed of pseudoparenchymatous cells that are darker towards the outside and ± hyaline internally. Conidiogenous cells lining the internal surface, (6-)8-13(-14) x 2-3.5µm, annellidic with up to 3 annellations, ± cylindrical to ampulliform, sometimes becoming faintly to moderately pigmented and verrucose. Conidia (4-)6-8(-9) x 3-4(-6) µm, arising singly, very variable in shape, mostly subglobose to ellipsoidal or clavate, distinctly tapered towards the base, often truncate at the point of attachment, brown to dark brown, aseptate, coarsely verrucose.
Teleomorph: not known.
