Protoblastenia lilacina, asci in Lugol's iodine after pre-treatment with K. The literature (e.g. TLGB&I 2009) state that the asci of Protoblastenia are Porpidia-type. Slides such as this fail to indicate the presence of an amyloid ring structure.
