Diplotomma parasiticum, lichenicolous on the apothecia of Lecanora dispersa agg., north wall of church, East Lothian. Towards the upper right of the image a section has been cut through one of the black Diplotomma apothecia and shows that it appears to be truly lichenicolous, embedded in the hymenium of the host and not associated with any thallus of its own.
