Bryostigma lapidicola 4

Bryostigma lapidicola, an unusual lignicolous occurrence on a wooden seat, in a small zone below a rusting bolt, Molesworth, Huntingdonshire. This specimen (Powell 1876) was collected to check its identity since other species with dark, convex apothecia are not reliably separated in the field.
