Description: 

Hydropunctaria aractina, detail of thallus (dried specimen with more extensive cracking). Identification is tentative due to the difficulty of distinguishing H. aractina from H. orae without sequencing. Collection from intertidal siliceous rock, Skye (VC104 N Ebudes).
