Xanthoria aureola  

Like Xanthoria parietina, but thallus forming irregular to circular, appressed, not or sparingly overlapping, spreading, strap-shaped lobes; lobe-ends ligulate and axils well-developed, apices of lobes 1.5-3 mm wide, truncated to rounded and ± flat; attached by hapters. Apothecia usually absent but occasionally plentiful. Conidia ellipsoidal, 2-2.5 × 0.7-1 μm.
