SUMMARY
Anamorph: conidiomata pycnidia, (50–)80–180 μm diam, formed singly and not aggregated, at first half immersed in the host thallus and becoming almost superficial at maturity, subglobose to cupuliform; the wall 10-15 µm thick, composed of densely interwoven short-celled hyphal tissue with cells 2.5–3.5 µm diam, subhyaline to light olivaceous green below and brown to dark brown or olivaceous green (K– or fading, N+ light reddish brown) around the ostiole, which is rather wide and gaping so that the conidia inside are revealed. Conidiogenous cells 7–15 × 2–4 μm, elongate to elongate-ampulliform, slightly tapering towards the apex, sometimes branched, hyaline, annellate. Conidia arising singly, not catenate, 7–11 (–12) × 2–4 μm, narrowly ellipsoidal to fusiform with the apex rounded and the base slightly truncated, thin-walled, hyaline, aseptate.
