Anamorph: not known.

Teleomorph: stromata on host surface as numerous circular, elliptic or irregular, small, heavily blackened areas 0.2-0.5 mm diam, the margin sharp and even. Ascomata 200-320 x 120-240 µm, scattered singly, separately erumpent, only a few in each stromatic area, ostioles barely erumpent. Asci 40-47 x 6-8 µm, clavate. Ascospores 9-12 x 2.5-3 µm, ultimately constricted at the septum, 4-guttulate.
