SUMMARY

Anamorph: Phomopsis crustosa (Sacc., E. Bommer & Roussel) Traverso (1906). Alpha-conidia 7-9 x 2.5-3.5 µm.
Teleomorph: Stromata on host surface as small, exposed, blackened ectostromatic discs, which are the only dorsal blackening. Ascomata scattered singly or in small groups. Ascospores 11-12.5 x 2.5-3.5 µm.
Wehmeyer considered this to belong with to the D. eres aggregate.
