SUMMARY
Thallus evanescent or ± thinly continuous, smooth to ± scurfy, grey-green to oily greenish black.
Anamorph: conidiomata pycnidia frequent, 100-220 µm diam., whitish. Conidia 6-8 × 1.8-2.6 μm, cylindrical, biguttulate, with a ± clear, median constriction.
Teleomorph: ascomata apothecia, 200-500 µm diam., sessile, disc concave to flat, white to pinkish-white or cream and then with a ± paler exciple. Interascal tissue of paraphyses 1-2 μm diam., moniliform with the apical cell to ca 3.5 μm diam. Ascus apex slightly thickened to give an amyloid ring around the pore. Ascospores (8.5-) 9-14 (-15) × (2-) 2.3-4 (-4.5) μm.
