Family: ArthopyreniaceaeGenus: Arthopyrenia
Species:
Arthopyrenia sp. P3928
SUMMARY
Similar to Arthopyrenia analepta, but the ascomata are smaller (200-250 µm diam.) and more strongly domed with a narrow fringe, and circular rather than elliptical in outline. The asci have a very broad ocular chamber, and the ascospores (14.5-16.5 x 5.5-6.5 µm) have cells that are both constricted in the central portion, and with a rather inconspicuous gelatinous sheath.
