Apiognomonia quercina  

Ascomata 130-440 µm diam., necks straight, 130-440 µm long and 35-60 µm wide near base. Peridium 25-43 µm thick. Asci 38-52 x 8-13 µm. Ascospores 13-15 x 3.5-4 µm, septum dividing the spore 4:1 to 6:1, the upper cell is the larger.
